Since i been let handicapped and being discharge , not being stable in the 2996
is being so hard to contact all the people involved at the hospital , and the insurance lawyer, now i take my claim to the hall of administration in 19/2006 and i have the chance to come back and found the neglect act perform to me , i send a EMAIL to the risk management and few lawyers from the insurance ,is supposed they will contact me in 4 days or i can sue im using the equitable tolling of limitations , i have all the original documentation that back up my delay on claim just in time what is next after i been not taked seriously as a E.R patient and now as a prose litigant
